Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial service and repair. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and install various plumbing systems while interacting directly with customers to provide clear solutions and up-front pricing options.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including water lines, drain lines, gas piping, water heaters, and fixtures.
• Drain Cleaning & Inspection: Be capable of Operating drain snakes, hydro-jetters, and sewer camera equipment to locate and clear line blockages.
• Installations & Upgrades: Install and replace water heaters (standard tank and tankless), toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, water treatment systems and other plumbing repairs.
• Customer Service: Explain diagnostic findings clearly to homeowners, offer solution options, and provide upfront estimates before starting work.
• Safety & Code Compliance: Perform all work in compliance with local plumbing codes and company safety standards.
• Documentation & Vehicle Care: Complete job invoicing and service records accurately via our mobile field app; keep company service vehicle clean, stocked, and maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a service/repair plumber (residential experience preferred).
• Licensing: Valid Journeyman license preferred (or applicable state/local registration/apprentice card with proven service experience).
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record.
• Tools: Basic hand and power tools required (specialized equipment and heavy machinery provided).
• Skills: Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in crawlspaces/attics, and handle physical labor daily.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
