Cleaning Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This position requires someone who can work independently, maintain high cleaning standards, and be trusted to represent our company professionally while working at various client locations.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes, boats, and job sites as assigned.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality of work.
• Travel to multiple locations throughout the Austin area.
• Safely use cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
• Follow company standards while working independently.
• Ensure each property is left clean, organized, and client-ready.
• Communicate professionally with clients and management when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience is required.
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
