Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of a single restaurant location, ensuring a high standard of customer service, efficient staff management, and smooth operational flow. This role demands leadership, organizational skills, and a keen focus on maintaining food safety and quality while optimizing financial performance. The manager typically works evenings and weekends to meet the operational needs of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain inventory control and manage supply ordering
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to meet operational demands
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
• Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts promptly
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports as needed
• Operate and oversee Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in staff management and customer service
• Strong inventory control and financial reporting skills
