The Account Manager plays a vital role within our Recruiting Team, collaborating closely with Upper Management, Sales, and the Regional Manager to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships. This position focuses on diverse industries with a particular emphasis on light industrial manufacturing. The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts effectively while contributing to sales strategy and ensuring client satisfaction without the need for travel. This role offers potential growth into management and traveling positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relations and foster strong partnerships

• Conduct cold calling to generate new opportunities (territories delegated based on where sales rep lives - this position requires valid driver license as driving is necessary for this role.)
