HVAC Service Tech

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician who takes genuine pride in diagnosing problems correctly and doing the job right the first time. You will handle both service and installation work — residential and light commercial. You will be trusted with a take-home van, the tools you need, and the autonomy to run your calls like the professional you are. No micromanaging. No private equity. Just a tight-knit team that does quality work and gets paid for it.

• Owner in the office AND in the field — not behind a private equity board

• Managers lead by example and teach along the way — every single day

• One team meeting per week at 7:00am — that's it. No death by meetings

• First call at 8:00am · A/B/C weekend rotation means two out of three months your weekends are yours

• 1-on-1 training available alongside group training sessions

• We will work with you and build a plan to get you licensed or certified if you're not already

• Mandatory continued education — we keep your certifications current and your skills sharp
