CDR ProSource is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Brookings, SD 57006. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional with residential construction experience who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and working as part of a team. We are looking for dependable individuals with experience in framing, siding, windows, doors, and finish carpentry.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Brookings, SD 57006
Pay Rate: $21.00–$24.00 per hour (Based on Experience) +
Schedule (Summer): Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule (Winter): Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Perform residential carpentry work on new construction and remodeling projects.
  • Build and install wall framing, floor systems, and roof structures.
  • Install sheeting, siding, windows, and doors according to project specifications.
  • Complete trim work and other finish carpentry tasks.
  • Read and follow construction plans, measurements, and project instructions.
  • Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
  • Work with the construction team to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications
  • Previous residential construction experience is required.
  • Experience with framing, sheeting, siding, windows, doors, and trim work.
  • Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install building materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and handle construction materials throughout the workday.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
