RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN LPN:

• Providing nursing care within their scope of practice

• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regimen for an assigned group of patients

• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care

• Any other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:

• Must have an active Certification as an LPN

• Experience preferred, not required
