Provide academic instruction in maintenance management and soldering skills, fundamentals of electricity, installation and paralleling, performing Field and Sustainment Level Maintenance on tactical precise power generation sets up through 200kw, basic engine design, and functioning of internal combustion engines and associated equipmentReview and update academic and doctrinal publications; and maintain vehicles/equipment supported by academic instructionProvide academic instruction to conduct classroom/laboratory conferences, discussions, demonstrations, and practical exercises in accordance with course material, POI, technical manuals, and student workbooksConduct student critiques Review and provide pen and ink changes to lesson plans, cross-train, arrange and engage in instructional preparation and testing material, serve as an Assistant Instructor in classesProvide feedback at the end of the block of instructionAssist in updating technical content of lesson material Participate as a subject matter expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support PackagesProvide remediation training, maintain classrooms by re-configuring/setting up classroom furnishings, sort and maintain training aides and equipment, stock training materials and equipment, and/or assist with outdoor training site maintenance
