We are currently seeking a two qualified Licensed Practical Nurses for a 48 hour a week minimum on 12 hour day shifts. Block schedule. This is a Block Wednesday - Sunday.

Quaifications:

  • 2 years experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF setting

  • Active Washington or Compact license

  • Active BLS card.
