Full Time | Pinellas County: Salary - $100,000 - $105,000/year
PRN/Per Diem | Clearwater, FL (This opportunity would primarily cover ALF building): Salary $75-$120/visit

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and balance

• Set and manage care goals that promote recovery and independence

What you bring:

• Graduate of an accredited PT program

• Current PT license in Florida

• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR

• 1+ year of experience required, Home Health experience preferred

• Sound judgement and a passion for patient care and outcomes
