About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a PT, you will work closely with our residents, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized therapy plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will enable our residents to maintain or improve their functional abilities and support their return to their highest level of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments to identify residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that focus on promoting functional abilities, independence, and overall well-being

• Provide physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to: cognitive training, sensory integration, and adaptive equipment training

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Nevada

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
