We are seeking a Working Foreman / Lead Carpenter to lead jobsites, enforce standards, and
protect quality as we scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily jobsite operations
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and workmanship standards
• Direct crews and temporary labor
• Stop work when standards or safety are at risk
• Coordinate with ownership on scope and execution
• Maintain professional client-facing conduct

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong residential construction background
• Leadership experience on jobsites
• Zero tolerance for unsafe or sloppy work
• Calm, professional demeanor
• Comfortable enforcing standards, even when unpopular

What This Is Not:

• Not a “get it done however” environment
• Not a sales role
• Not a shortcut-friendly company

Employment Details:

• Full-time W-2
• 90-day probationary period
• Clear standards and authority
