Skilled Construction Framer/Carpenter

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Construction Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wood framing, drywall installation and finishing, and basic masonry work, with the flexibility to assist in multiple phases of residential construction.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform residential wood framing, including walls, ceilings, blocking, and structural components.
  • Hang, tape, mud, sand, repair, and finish drywall.
  • Perform masonry work as needed, including concrete block installation, mortar mixing, and minor concrete work.
  • Read and follow construction drawings and supervisor instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
  • Operate common hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Assist with other construction tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
  • Strong experience in framing and drywall.
  • Masonry experience is required when needed on projects.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with residential renovations and new construction.
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience operating construction equipment is a plus.
