We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead operations at our high-volume, fast-casual restaurant locations across West Georgia. Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager will partner with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. You'll be responsible for managing a dynamic team while ensuring we deliver an outstanding dining experience every time.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain food quality standards and monitor kitchen operations
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational checklists
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coach front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance management
- Create staff schedules to optimize guest service while managing labor costs
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Conduct training sessions and ongoing development programs
Financial Accountability:
- Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profit goals
- Manage cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation
- Monitor and control operational expenses
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies for improvement
Guest Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
- Maintain clean, welcoming restaurant environment
- Stay current on menu offerings and promotional campaigns
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 2+ years restaurant management experience (fast-casual or quick-service preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Food service management certification preferred
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Financial acumen and P&L understanding
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures

Schedule Requirements
- Full-time position: 45-50 hours per week
- Must be available for day shifts (8am-5pm) and evening shifts (5pm-close)
- Weekend availability required
- Holiday availability as needed
