Installation Scheduling Coordinator

We are a growing impact window and door company focused on delivering exceptional service, communication, and installation coordination for homeowners across South Florida. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

The Scheduling Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping projects moving smoothly from product approval through installation and service completion. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with customers, installers, warehouse staff, vendors, and service technicians.

Responsibilities:

Schedule installations and service appointments

Communicate installation timelines and ETAs to customers

Coordinate schedules with installers and service technicians

Track product approvals and provide updates to clients

Work closely with warehouse staff regarding incoming materials and inventory placement

Document inventory movement and job allocations

Communicate with vendors regarding missing parts, order updates, and delivery status

Maintain accurate scheduling and customer communication records

Help ensure projects stay on track and customers remain informed throughout the process

Qualifications:

Previous scheduling, dispatching, coordination, or office management experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in construction, windows and doors, home improvement, or service industries is a plus

Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
