Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with feeding and meal support as needed
• Measure and document vital signs
• Safely transfer and reposition residents
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and healthcare staff to provide quality care

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota CNA certification
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents throughout shifts
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
