Prep Cook / Pizza Assistant

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to assist with kitchen prep, food production, and pizza support duties. This position plays an important role in keeping kitchen operations running smoothly by assisting our Prep Manager and Pizza Maker while helping maintain quality and efficiency during busy periods.

Responsibilities:

Kitchen Prep & Support

• Assist the Kitchen Prep Manager with daily prep tasks such as shredding cheese, rolling dough, prepping and cooking chicken, and other food preparation duties.
• Prepare kitchen orders between prep tasks, including hoagies, fried foods, salads, and similar menu items.
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift.
• Assist with preparing the front counter for opening and/or help with end-of-night cleaning duties.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.

Pizza Production Support

• Assist the Pizza Maker with preparation of pizza-related items and daily production needs.
• Prepare pre-baked items such as pita bread for wraps, Sicilian pizza batches, Stromboli, and similar products.
• Monitor and manage pizza ovens during busy periods to ensure pizzas are baked properly and efficiently.
• Help maintain speed, organization, and quality during peak business hours.

Schedule:
Monday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Wednesday: 10:00-4:00
Thursday: 10:00 AM–9:00 PM
Friday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–9:00 PM
