GM Custom Painting LLC is seeking dependable painters with strong attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable transportation, and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Experience in residential and commercial painting preferred.
Basic Employment Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift ladders, paint buckets, and equipment
- Comfortable working on ladders and heights
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional appearance
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
- Residential and/or commercial painting experience
- Knowledge of:
- Brush and roll application
- Airless spraying
- Surface preparation
- Drywall repair and patching
- Caulking and sanding
- Exterior wood restoration
- Staining and coatings
- Ability to cut straight lines and produce clean finishes
- Experience with:
- Interior walls, ceilings, and trim
- Exterior siding, soffits, fascia, and decks
- Commercial repaint projects
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks as directed on construction sites
- Assist with painting and surface preparation
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Travel frequently between job sites as required
- Collaborate effectively within small teams of 1-5 members
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
