We are actively hiring motivated individuals for a full-time Marketing Trainee position focused on live event marketing, customer engagement, and brand promotions.
This is an entry-level marketing opportunity with hands-on training provided. No prior experience is required.
Marketing Trainee Responsibilities
• Assist with live marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Represent nationally recognized brands in retail and event environments
• Engage with customers face-to-face to build brand awareness
• Help execute customer acquisition and marketing strategies
• Support event setup, branding displays, and campaign coordination
• Track daily performance metrics and campaign goals
• Participate in leadership, sales, and business development training
This is not a remote position. This is an in-person marketing and promotions role.
Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time in Charlotte, NC
• Reliable transportation
• Marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
