Registered Nurse

SUNTREE Hospitality LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a hospitality-centered supported living environment.

This position focuses on health oversight, wellness monitoring, communication, and coordination of care — helping ensure clients receive compassionate, person-centered support while maintaining dignity, safety, and quality of life.

This is not a hospital-based acute care role. We are seeking a nurse who values relationships, advocacy, teamwork, and compassionate support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client health, wellness, and medical needs
• Assist with healthcare plans and medical follow-up
• Oversee medication documentation and medication-related concerns
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, families, and case managers
• Train and support staff on medication procedures and health-related protocols
• Monitor for changes in client condition and report concerns appropriately
• Help ensure compliance with Indiana BDDS and HCBS standards
• Promote a compassionate, respectful, and hospitality-driven environment
• Be available for occasional on-call questions or support as needed
• Work independently while also collaborating with staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with nursing documentation, communication notes, and client wellness tracking
• Help triage client health concerns and determine appropriate follow-up care
• Support a healthy, professional, and balanced approach to caregiving and self-care

Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN license in good standing
• Experience with developmental disabilities, supported living, long-term care, behavioral health, or home health preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound nursing judgment
• Comfortable training and supporting direct care staff
• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license preferred
