About You:

• Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution, or currently enrolled in an accredited dental program
• Hold a valid dental license to practice in the state, or have the ability to obtain one
• DEA certification required
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
