Position Highlights- The Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh is an 84-bed community facility that merges advanced resources with a dedication to delivering personalized, compassionate care.
- As part of the Oshkosh team, you will provide coverage at both the Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh and the new hospital in Fond du Lac, set to open in 2023.
- Enjoy a varied case mix that includes general and vascular surgery, orthopedics, some neurology, and women's health.
- You will oversee CRNAs outside of obstetrics, as epidurals are administered by physicians; the care team model operates at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:4.
- Work alongside a collaborative and cohesive group of anesthesiologists and surgeons in a dynamic environment.
- No in-house call is required, but you must be within a 30-minute radius of the hospital.
- Full-time options are also available — you can choose what suits you best.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $550,000 to $550,000, prorated for part-time roles.

- Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to streamline workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and editing.

- Utilize the EPIC EMR System: As the largest user of EPIC in the nation, we ensure an optimized electronic medical record system.
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
- Open to both new and experienced candidates, BE/BC.
