• Work schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours each per week
• Operating hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Average patient load: 4 patients per hour
• Base salary of $325,000, complemented by productivity bonuses and an annual performance incentive plan
• Recruitment incentive of $50,000, which includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
