Job Opportunity: Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Our organization, a physician-led not-for-profit health system located in Montana, is on the lookout for a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to establish a new service line. Join a seasoned Psychiatry team while expanding the child and adolescent division to serve the local community effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a new service line within a well-established organization, collaborating with a dedicated psychiatric team that includes experienced Adult Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, RNs, PCTs, and others.
• Enjoy an outpatient role with a flexible four-day work week and adaptable patient scheduling.
• Engage in teaching opportunities as part of your professional development.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $310,000, with additional earnings based on productivity, quality incentives, retention bonuses, and sign-on/relocation assistance.
