Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage patients suffering from inflammatory rheumatic diseases, including osteoporosis, tendinitis, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals with musculoskeletal or autoimmune disorders.
  • Prescribe medications aimed at alleviating symptoms and enhancing patient comfort.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an MD or DO degree (or equivalent) and be eligible for a state medical license.
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Rheumatology is required.
  • Candidates should be board certified or eligible in Rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
  • All qualifications must be fulfilled prior to appointment.
