Clinic operates on a 4.5-day schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8 AM–5 PM
Friday: 8 AM–12 PM
Shared call rotation (1:4)
Flexible operating room access based on surgical volume and case mix
Established referral network from hospital-employed primary care providers
Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment options available
Opportunity for solo practice with potential to influence future program development
Recently renovated clinic space located next to the hospital
Support from dedicated nursing and administrative staff
Possibility of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support as the practice grows
Close collaboration with surgical, hospitalist, and administrative leadership teams

Management of kidney stones
Treatment of bladder and kidney tumors
Incontinence management
Urinary tract infections
Prostate health care
