Urologist (Kadlec Clinic)
Job Description
We invite you to become a full-time Urologist at our well-established Urology practice located in Richland, Washington. This position offers an excellent chance to engage in a wide variety of general Urology procedures while working alongside a dedicated and collaborative team. - Full-time role with a 4.5-day work week
- Call schedule of 1:4, totaling 6 days per month
- Collaborate with 2 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, supported by a skilled staff
- Access to strong mentorship and support
- Equipped with 2 robotic systems, Urogynecology, and Aquablation technology
- Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Annual compensation ranges from $511,699 to $674,990
- Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available
- The listed compensation may include incentives for productivity, quality/service, call pay, and extra shifts, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be offered.
