Lead Family Medicine Physician with an Inpatient Focus
Job Description
Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who specializes in both inpatient and outpatient care to lead our Family Medicine inpatient team and manage the inpatient services.
Position Highlights:Oversee clinical care for Family Medicine inpatients.
Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure compliance with ACGME standards for our inpatient training.
Act as the primary contact for the hospitalist division.
Work alongside residency leadership, OB faculty, and clinical teams to enhance processes and promote performance improvement.
Embody our organization’s mission, vision, and values in all facets of care and education.
MD or DO with a valid, unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
Board certification in Family Medicine is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience post-residency.
Proficient in POCUS, inpatient clinic care, and teaching residents and medical students.
Must meet our organization’s credentialing and privileging standards.
Guide and mentor residents in their training.
Promote excellence in both clinical care and education.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and support innovative care models.
