Our organization, a locally managed and non-profit health system in Nebraska, is on the lookout for a new leader to enhance our Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program.

• We operate under a 24/7 laborist model, focusing solely on MFM consultations.
• The work schedule consists of four days a week.
• Our technical resources are top-notch, featuring Airstrip fetal monitoring, scribes, EPIC EMR, Dax CoPilot AI charting tool, and ViewPoint ultrasound that integrates seamlessly with EPIC.
• The average clinic sees 12-14 patients daily, with an inpatient census of around 4-5.
• Our team includes neonatologists, NNPs, and respiratory therapists who provide around-the-clock coverage for deliveries, supported by a Level III NICU.
• This is an employed position within a local non-profit health system.
