Our organization is seeking a Family Medicine physician to become part of a well-established practice at the Family Care Center in Stoneham, located at 88 Montvale Ave, Stoneham, MA. Opportunity OverviewFour-day clinical work week (32 hours dedicated to patient care, 8 hours for administrative tasks)
Utilization of Epic EMR system
Diverse patient demographic ranging from young to elderly
Collaborative team-based care environment
Comprising 6 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider (APP)
One-to-one ratio of physicians to medical assistants

Compensation Range:
$250,000.00 USD – $290,000.00 USD
The salary range provided for this role represents the annual base salary that the organization reasonably anticipates paying at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible factors. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, which could encompass productivity and quality bonuses.
