Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage a variety of rheumatic conditions, including arthritis, autoimmune disorders, and musculoskeletal issues.

  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing the latest advancements in rheumatology.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development activities.

  • Support the supervision and training of fellows, residents, and medical students from the University of Arizona College of Medicine who rotate through the Rheumatology division.

  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to the progression of rheumatology.

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine degree or an equivalent qualification from an accredited medical or osteopathic institution.
  • Current, full, and unrestricted medical license to practice in all U.S. states.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are board certified or recently board eligible in Rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
