We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to enhance ENT services and ensure high-quality care as a regional leader in Central Pennsylvania. You will be part of a collaborative team of four ENT surgeons at our facility, which includes a level one trauma center, a cancer institute, and a newly established proton therapy center.
This role involves overseeing all facets of care delivery, with opportunities for clinical research. The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities and behaviors that promote accountability, performance enhancement, and the establishment of a highly reliable organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the delivery of ENT services.
- Engage in clinical research initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and performance improvement.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Medicine (Allopathic or Osteopathic).
- Completion of an accredited residency in Otolaryngology.
- Possession or eligibility for an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible status.
