Gastroenterologist (St. Charles Bend Hospital)

Our organization is in search of a full-time Gastroenterologist to become part of a well-established team in the stunning region of Central Oregon.

Offering a nurturing atmosphere, robust APP support, and significant earning potential, this position allows for the delivery of high-quality gastrointestinal care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in one of the most sought-after areas of the Pacific Northwest.

Position Overview:

• Full-time position featuring a 4/10 work schedule
• One day dedicated to clinic work and three days focused on procedures
• Opportunities available for Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
• Shared on-call responsibilities at a ratio of 1:7
• Primary location at our medical center in Bend, with occasional support for nearby areas such as Madras and Prineville
• Access to an excellent support team, including multiple Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• A community-focused group comprised of highly skilled GI specialists

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation of $602,420
• Productivity incentives available based on work Relative Value Units (wRVU)
• Travel reimbursement provided when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO
• Preferred two years of clinical experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship program
