We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience as a provider.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $109,300 to $127,580, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap on earnings.
Additionally, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
- Collaborating with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Working alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through compassionate care.
The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
- An unrestricted professional license and DEA in states where practice regulations permit.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range: $109,300 - $127,580 per year. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.
