$325,000 with Potential for Additional Earnings

We are currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologist to expand our successful Rheumatology Department. You will collaborate with a team of esteemed rheumatologists, providing outpatient clinic services and infusion treatments in a dedicated, state-of-the-art biologic infusion suite. Our organization is dedicated to advancing our mission of reducing the total cost of care for all patients in Central Oregon by continuously offering and expanding outpatient services throughout the region.

As the largest physician-led and professionally managed multispecialty group practice in Central Oregon, we operate 11 locations in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver. Our organization comprises over 180 providers across 40 specialties, delivering care to more than 60,000 patients in the area. We have established ourselves as a leader in quality care in Oregon, achieving a 4.9-star rating on nearly all value-based contracts, ranking in the top decile for customer satisfaction, and earning a perfect Medicare Quality (MIPS) score from 2021 to 2023.
