The Opportunity
We are looking for a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to become a part of our growing team in Tampa (Hillsborough), FL. This position is exclusively outpatient, prioritizing quality, continuity, and compassionate care.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating hours, plus one Saturday every six weeks.
Specialty: Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to adult patients.
Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health issues.
Focus on prevention, screenings, and health education.
Work collaboratively with an integrated care team and referral network.
Efficiently document patient care using electronic health records (EHR).
Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Possession of, or eligibility for, an unrestricted medical license in Florida.
Strong communication, teamwork, and diagnostic abilities.

Primary Care Physician
Required Education
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Required Experience
A minimum of 3 years of residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Required Licenses & Certifications
Current, unrestricted Florida Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible).
Current State DEA Certificate.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing medical education and staying updated with advancements in family medicine.
Able to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, though not mandatory.
Experience in a value-based or managed care environment is advantageous.
Languages
Advanced English proficiency required.
Spanish proficiency preferred.
