Opportunity Overview

Our organization is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine provider.

Position Details:

  • Manage 18-24 patients daily

  • Work 36 hours each week

  • On-call rotation of 1:20

  • Strong support staff available

  • Outpatient care focus

Compensation:

  • Two-year salary guarantee

  • Annual salary range of $270,000.00 to $380,000.00

  • This range represents base pay for full-time physicians and does not include additional incentives or benefits. The base salary may be adjusted based on experience, community needs, and other relevant factors.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with relevant experience in Family Medicine

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

  • Ability to perform standard primary care procedures

  • Possession of a DEA Certificate

  • Eligibility to work in the United States

  • California licensure or the capability to obtain it

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
