Opportunity Overview
Our organization is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine provider.
Position Details:
Manage 18-24 patients daily
Work 36 hours each week
On-call rotation of 1:20
Strong support staff available
Outpatient care focus
Compensation:
Two-year salary guarantee
Annual salary range of $270,000.00 to $380,000.00
This range represents base pay for full-time physicians and does not include additional incentives or benefits. The base salary may be adjusted based on experience, community needs, and other relevant factors.
Qualifications:
MD or DO with relevant experience in Family Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Ability to perform standard primary care procedures
Possession of a DEA Certificate
Eligibility to work in the United States
California licensure or the capability to obtain it
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
