OB/GYN Physician

Our organization is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physicians to join our team in Stockton, CA.

We are a thriving multi-specialty group with over 525 clinicians, situated approximately two hours east of San Francisco, California. Our communities provide convenient access to the Bay Area and popular destinations such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe.

Position Overview:

• Starting base salary: $399,519
• Two-year salary guarantee
• Sign-on bonus available
• Loan or mortgage assistance up to $200,000
• Residency stipend offered
• Compensation model based on RVUs starting in year two
• Potential for RVU bonuses during the guarantee period
• Training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or Robotics is required
• Average patient load of 30 per day in the clinic, with APC support for surgeries
• A stable and expanding group
• Electronic Health Record system: Epic
