Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside a respected team of two pediatricians, with plans to hire two additional pediatricians.
• Engage in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere within a spacious office setting.
• Enjoy a 4-day work week focused entirely on outpatient care, with access to a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist team for referrals.
• Participate in a Family Medicine residency program, offering optional teaching opportunities if desired.

Compensation and Benefits

• Receive a guaranteed base salary along with an RVU productivity model, with earnings expected to exceed $250,000.
• Benefit from a generous sign-on bonus of $60,000 and relocation assistance of $20,000.
• Access Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) assistance, available up to $100,000.
