Outpatient Hem/Onc | near Durango, CO | Great Lifestyle - Low Volume | 625K Base

We are a small community hospital with 11 beds, situated in the picturesque Southern Colorado Mountains, and we are in search of an Oncologist to join our outpatient team. This role involves managing an average of 6-8 patients daily.

• Enjoy a 4-day work week, with the possibility of part-time hours.
• Collaborate with 1 Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner, 1 part-time Oncologist, and a dedicated Medical Assistant.
• No on-call duties; this position is entirely outpatient, seeing an average of 6-8 patients per day in the clinic.
• Compensation includes a negotiable base salary of up to $625,000.
• Receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus, a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance, 26 days of paid time off (PTO), and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401a or 457 retirement plan.
