Our organization’s Faculty Medical Group in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to become part of our team. The perfect candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.

We operate a highly active practice with over 20 Orthopaedic surgeons and 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents currently in training. Our Outpatient Rehabilitation center is situated at the East Campus of our medical center, just 1.4 miles from the main facility. The treatment areas are expansive, featuring an 8,000-square-foot orthopedic gym along with private treatment rooms.

Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated Total Annual Compensation: $525,000 - $640,000

The compensation range mentioned above includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary range, which is adjusted based on experience and/or faculty rank, is projected to be between $472,500 and $576,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
