Opportunity Overview
Our organization is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to become part of our team in Los Banos, CA.
Position Information:
Annual base salary: $249,000
Sign-on bonus: $75,000, distributed over a three-year commitment
Contract length: 3 years
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Providing coverage for the local Emergency Room
Managing the newborn nursery
Responding to emergency C-sections as needed by the OB team
Overseeing a Level I nursery, with around 800 deliveries annually and an average newborn census of 3-5
Qualifications:
Must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
Required certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Team Structure:
You will be joining a practice with 2 other pediatricians
On-call duties will be shared with other pediatricians in the area
