Opportunity Overview

Our organization is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to become part of our team in Los Banos, CA.

Position Information:

  • Annual base salary: $249,000

  • Sign-on bonus: $75,000, distributed over a three-year commitment

  • Contract length: 3 years

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing coverage for the local Emergency Room

  • Managing the newborn nursery

  • Responding to emergency C-sections as needed by the OB team

  • Overseeing a Level I nursery, with around 800 deliveries annually and an average newborn census of 3-5

Qualifications:

  • Must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics

  • Required certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Team Structure:

  • You will be joining a practice with 2 other pediatricians
