Job Description
The Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Division at our organization is in search of a MIGS surgeon for a full-time academic role.
WHAT WE OFFER:A full-time academic position that includes a mix of high-volume surgical procedures, teaching, and research activities.
The division is currently staffed by three full-time faculty surgeons, two nurse practitioners, and three fellows.
A distinctive chance to work in a dedicated MIGS consultative role without the responsibilities of general gynecology or obstetrics.
Outstanding clinical support with immediate access to efficient, high-volume operating room time and robotic surgery opportunities, supported by dedicated robotics personnel.
The chance to play a vital role in the education of trainees within a MIGS division that offers an AAGL/Complex Benign Gynecology fellowship and an OB/GYN residency program.
An M.D., D.O., or an equivalent medical degree.
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology, with specialized fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
A surgeon who adopts a collaborative approach to both clinical care and education.
The ability to secure a medical license to practice in Pennsylvania.
Must be capable of obtaining a valid federal and state narcotics certificate.
