Our organization is in search of a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Laryngologist. This position presents a fantastic chance to develop and enhance a comprehensive program focused on voice, airway, and swallowing within a well-established practice in our growing Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery Section. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in office-based procedures, intricate airway management, and thorough care for professional voice users.

A dedicated center for Voice, Airway, and Swallowing.
Access to cutting-edge equipment and an in-office procedure room, including videostroboscopy and laryngeal procedural tools such as EMG and injections.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech-Language Pathology.
Support from dedicated clinical staff.
Scheduled procedure days integrated into the weekly agenda.
Operating room block time with an experienced airway team.
Diagnose and manage conditions related to the larynx, voice, airway, and swallowing.
Conduct office-based laryngeal procedures and surgical interventions.
Work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists and other specialists.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice development.
Participate in shared call coverage within the ENT-general call structure.
This position offers a base salary along with productivity bonuses, quality metric incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, a 403B retirement plan, CME, PTO, and more.
A relocation allowance and a commencement bonus are included.

Our organization is a not-for-profit entity, allowing physicians to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program if employed by us.
Florida has no state income tax.
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Fellowship training in Laryngology is preferred but not mandatory.
Active or eligible for a Florida medical license.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
