Pediatric Hospitalist | Medical Director | Texas Gulf Coast | Up to 50K Sign on

Our growing pediatric healthcare organization is on the lookout for a skilled Pediatric Hospitalist to take on the role of Medical Director within a collaborative and academically affiliated team. This position is perfect for a physician who prioritizes leadership, education, and clinical excellence in a nurturing and well-equipped setting.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in leadership or medical directorship is essential.

• Become part of a supportive and collegial group of 9 hospitalists.
• Medical Directorship entails flexible responsibilities with 15 protected hours per month at a rate of $150 per hour.
• Daytime shifts only, requiring just 8 shifts each month.
• No responsibilities for NICU, newborn rounding, or hematology/oncology.
• Optional night and teaching shifts available through a university partnership, with additional compensation.

• Potential earnings exceeding $300,000, including a base salary of $250,000, productivity bonuses, a Medical Directorship stipend, and up to a $25,000 annual quality bonus.
• Recruitment bonus of up to $50,000, which includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
