Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to become part of our innovative team dedicated to enhancing mental and behavioral health for children and adolescents. This outpatient role is perfect for someone eager to collaborate with an organization committed to delivering timely, high-quality evaluations and family-centered, evidence-based treatments for common psychiatric issues affecting youth and their families, such as anxiety, mood disorders, attention challenges, self-regulation, eating disorders, and substance abuse.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about overseeing our residential treatment and partial hospitalization programs, which emphasize a team-oriented approach within a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) framework, working closely with teens and their families.
Position Details:- Base Salary: $350,000 - $400,000
- Long-term Income Potential: $450,000 - $500,000 with quality and production incentives
- Collaborative Care Model: Each provider is allocated significant time each week for team-based project and program development
