Low Volume Emergency Medicine | $230+/Hour | Fort Wayne, Indiana Area

For over a century, our independent hospital has been a premier healthcare provider in the county and its neighboring regions. We are currently looking for an additional Emergency Medicine (EM) provider to meet the growing patient needs.

• Position: Hospital-employed Emergency Medicine role
• Work Schedule: 12 solo coverage shifts of 12 hours each month, equating to 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)
• Patient Volume: Low, averaging 1.3 patients per hour
• Compensation: Competitive salary with a six-figure incentive package and comprehensive benefits
• Earnings: Current EM providers are making over $460,000
• Qualifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics are encouraged to apply
