Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans.
• Maintain precise patient records utilizing the EPIC charting system.
• Float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for Medical-Surgical Unit (MSU) assignments as required.
• Ensure adherence to all necessary certifications, including BLS and NIHSS.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.

Working Conditions

This position involves working in a fast-paced, acute care environment, providing essential services in a 23-bed unit.
