Job Opportunity: Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is looking for a dedicated family medicine physician to join a dynamic team in Baraboo, Wisconsin. This role is focused exclusively on outpatient care and is part of a collaborative group consisting of 8 physicians, 6 residents, and 7 advanced practitioners.

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Outpatient only, with a 4-day work week and part-time options available.
• Patient Load: Manage 18-20 patients daily.
• On-Call Requirements: No on-call duties.
• Procedures: Opportunity to perform scopes and other procedures based on your skills and experience.

• Teaching Role: Faculty appointment available, with the chance to work with residents.
• Technology: Utilize EMR-EPIC and Dax Co-pilot Scribe for efficient patient management.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Starting at $313,000, negotiable based on experience and skills.
• Sign-On Bonus: $150,000 or student loan repayment options available over three years.
