Opportunity Highlights:

  • A guaranteed base salary of $500,000, complemented by a collection bonus.
  • Immediate partnership opportunity with no financial buy-in required.
  • A comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, primarily surgeon-owned, focusing heavily on dental implants, with the potential to perform several hundred procedures annually, including full arch cases.
  • Collaborate in a professional and collegial environment alongside Key Opinion Leaders in implant surgery, full arch reconstruction, digital workflows, and productivity.
  • A full patient schedule is ready, supported by an excellent referral network and a well-trained staff.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a commitment to mentoring and building relationships with referrals while being a community leader.
  • Teaching capabilities, with a willingness to present and educate referring professionals.
  • A strong work ethic, with readiness to accommodate additional tasks or extended hours when necessary.
  • Eligibility to obtain licensure in Kansas and Missouri.
  • Proficient knowledge of both surgical and prosthetic aspects of Implant Dentistry.
  • Familiarity with Digital Dentistry and its associated workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other surgeons and staff across different offices.
  • A willingness to stay updated on advancements in oral surgery.
